It's amazing what difference a little time can make to another in this busy, woeful world. Imagine if each of us would spare a little time!
Spare A Little Time If you can spare a little time To nod hello, or even smile Or just to stop and smell the roses Or show kindness to a child Or walk the timid Across a busy street In spite of the tales of woe Our world would seem a better place Actions speak louder than words All it takes is a little time! �The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord�� (Proverbs 20:27aKJV)

Lena if the world could just smile showing kindness it surely would be a better place. Also kindness to our children escpecially the little tikes leave a lasting impression in their vividly amazings train of thoughts. A lovely write of concern and expression.

Lena, how right you are, just a smile can make a difference in someone's life that has no one, or to lend a hand to someone in need lets them know people do care. I loved this!

I agree Lena. A fine exhortation! It's good that people spare a little time to communicate on this site with one another. There always seems to be a blessing in it.

A very nice poem with a big generous thought. The smallest act of kindness might mean the difference in someone's day being miserable or happy. Yes, we all need to spread a little kindness and cheer wherever we can.
