To our people throughout our race
Can we share love, with wisdom and grace?
Can we accomplish the dreams we have set before us?
Can we achieve the things that seem to put fear in us?
Can we encourage one another without having strifeful thoughts?
Can we continue to be those great mothers and fathers of the world?
Can we stand through our daily trials and tribulations, and never turn back?
Can we surpass those stereotypical images and let our knowledge shine through?
Can we believe in ourselves, that what is obtainable will be ours soon?
