Sailing to Heavens shore

My Lord stands upon the ship’s deck calling for me come aboard
Although the seas of life have their ups and down I will gladly join my Lord
 
When the tides get rough and from time to time they will do so
I will trust my ride on an unsinkable ship and when he asks I will gladly row
 
The ship upon which I ride was crafted by Jesus Christ, God’s only son
It will carry me through rain sleet and snow until my work on Earth is done
 
I am a sailor upon my master’s ship and I shall praise his holy name
He has offered to me undying love and I pray that I can do the same
 
For God so loved the world, you see
That he built this unsinkable ship for you and me
 
So I stand upon this holy deck alongside my lord
Calling for you to step out on faith and come aboard
