A moment in time, this moment in time
Is when we lived our past and we live our future
The moment in time, for lightning to strike the earth
Is when we fully engage and we stop and rest
The moment in time, the time it takes to blink your eye
Is when we are here and we are everywhere
The moment in time, the time it takes to smile
Is when we are depressed and we are joy unspeakable
The past brought us to this moment and this moment brings us into the future
The past and the future is here at this moment
We engage fully and yet we engage fully while at rest
There is nothing that to do in the blink of an eye
All the places we had been and all the places we will be
Ends and starts at this place in time and space
The time it takes to smile is too little time for depression
The little time it takes to smile is where joy unspeakable exists
