My family has been telling me,
for over a period of ten years,
to eat better and more healthily.

They, themselves, have been
working on the same thing.

I finally realized some things
about life and of course, I Got
the concept of eating healthily
and how important it is.

For the first time, yesterday,
I spent all day looking at recipes
on the Internet and making a Long
Grocery List!

I did my budget and figured my
pharmacy bill as well.

These are the important things
in my life for I am on many
medications.

The pharmacy bill each month
has been reduced greatly
compared to the year 2004!

I am pleased with the progress
I have been making and my health
is getting better every day.

I have figured one secret to life -
I am not responsible to Anyone
in my family!

God is good and life is sweet.
