Denying Love Can Make You Sick

With human logic you did hide
That gnawing deep desire inside
You dwell in inexplicable emotion
A drowning eddy of Loves' passion!

Empty nights alone you keep
Denuding any trace of sleep
Denying what your heart's declaring
That distant love you have been missing.

The overwhelming pain you're feeling
Seemed to devour your every being
And no amount of medication
Gives you relief nor explanation.

How you missed her soothing voice!
One call from her makes you rejoice.
The healing balm of your existence
Your illness caused by her long absence.

Will you deny you love her still?
And losing her, that made you ill!
To all the saints you've gone to pray
That she return to you today.

This is so real and true, Cynthia. I can relate. Love and best wishes to you,

Love truly is a most powerful thing, and it can truly do both good and bad.

People react different to different feelings, some are kind, and some are selfish considering not to get hurt when hurting others.
Love is a four letters word, four letters like "warm" or four letters like "jinx" depend on how much love is on the scales.
