Life is so sweet, if only we see it for what it is.
No worries, just the joy of knowing Abba has given us each day as a\ gift

Pastel colors of blue and lilac
cotton ball clouds
shaped like animals

The aroma of wisteria and honeysuckle
are thick in the air
the sweetens fills my nostrils
with pleasure and delight

The music of summer
birds singing, children playing,
crickets chirping
The soft breeze rustles through
the oleander
God's breath upon my cheek

I close my eyes
but still I can see
the beautiful canvas
God painted for me

This day unlike any other
Tomorrow unlike today
the majesty and splendor
Heavenly Father has laid
before me today

Every sense that He has given
taking in
this extraordinary gift
Oh, to know the love
of our Father
and the beauty of
just opening our eyes

Life is a gift to be
treasured each day
No one can take our joy away
It is a gift for the taking
not meant to be kept
in a box or a memory
but given away
until tomorrow
another day
