To Mom, thank you for being a beneficial part of my life.

My life is so full of ups and downs
More downs than ups it seems
That are like bad storms that cloud my
Mind that block the warm rays of Gods Sunshine
My Mom would often tell me
When I was so down in spirit and
Depressed to tap my heart three times
And request Divine guidance from God
Allowing him to do his best
I tapped my heart three times and
Called out his name to let his holy Deliverance brighten up my days.
