This will undoubtedly set the mood, Sheri. It is wonderful to feel free and like your photo, to sometimes 'throw cautions to the winds' and just go with the tide.

Yes indeed, sometimes it is good, and I am finding out that even when we grow old, if we can keep a modicum of health life can still be beautiful. Nice poetry . . .
