and white liquid

stirred with one spoon
three cups
and one bagle with
cream cheese
mono passed
or not, we hope
conversation carried
over five cups and two hours
an addiction made
went from bitter
to sweet
well it was either that, or smoking!

steaming urns, too big to be real, in the depths of the forest, a door opened in my head and someone whispered, "you want coffee now; you're going to need it, all these early mornings ... " ... i was 15 ... you my dear, late bloomer, better late than coffee never! ... and we all love april, the month and the spunky, real live, april, april!
