I knew that was not Polish sausage but I always enjoy your wit and humor, Tom. Thank you for sharing... ...and don't listen to Ed (I'm sure you don't anyway ☻.) Love and peace,
Firstly that thing in the picture looks disgusting as does this sausage from Baltimore...what does Baltimore know about good food, except for maybe those crab things...? And if YOU recommend it, I then know its really crap, you have NO taste whatsoever...Hell even PeeWee from Chicago has better taste in food than you...with that said I warn all other readers to don't go out of your way for any food from Balmer...again, especially if you recommend it...(I heard that, love you too Cuz...) e
My first thought when I saw your pic: "That ain't no Polish Sausage!"
And I see that I was right. Polock Johnny sounds like quite a character, and there's nothin better than Smoked Polish Sausage.
My book is a collection of dialogues with award-winning chefs from various backgrounds and cultures, sharing their personal experiences of where and why food culture is where it is today.

I'll place my bet on good old-fashioned bratwurst. Nothing against Polish sausage, but I think that brats are better. Yum Yum.
