Success Story
Hello to all!
While I have yet to actually be paid a "red Farthing" for any of my "Brain Children" as posted herein,
almost 145,000 visitors or "hits" have read some of my work.
That, my friends, is most gratifying! It tells a person such as myself, who has been writing and storing MILLIONS of bytes of information and communication in his little grey box for over 15 years, that: There IS Hope!
Reading other authors works and "Labors of Love" here at Authors Den has helped to inspire me to "throw my hat back into the ring" --- "to pick myself up, dust myself off, and start all over again!"
This is no small task when one reaches the ripe young age of 66 !!! Sometimes when singing at Karaoke, I do do some Beatles "tunes" one of which contains the lyrics: "Will you still NEED me when I'm Sixty-four?"
Because of a newfound circle of compatriots here at Authors Den, as well as Publish America, the answer to the above question is a resounding: "YEAH - YEAH - YEAH !!!" to quote another Beatle's favorite!!!
I may be one miniscule voice, whispering into the wind, but the sheer Power, Speed, and Magnificence of the Internet MAGNIFIES my utterences out into Cyberspace, ECHOING over and over - the words of another favorite performer, ELVIS - "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you very much!!!"
I WILL be "discovered!" I WILL be paid!
I WILL make a difference - BEFORE I leave this place!
