I wouldn’t give it up,
If I knew I could,
Where the days have gone by,
The tear drops in my eyes.
And from the distant I hear your call,
For it’s the beauty of it all.
The leaves fall from the trees,
To the ground, there they rot with out a sound,
And soon approaches the long winter freeze.
But tonight, the moon does not shine,
Whilst your presence, so divine,
Is a burning star alone in the sky.
And if that star was to fall,
For the beauty of it all.
What I would give to be with you,
When days falls to shades black in different hues.
And when the clouds come rolling in,
And the rain begins to fall,
Streaming down my window,
I know the beauty of it all.
The beauty lies upon your face,
How I’ve longed for your soft embrace.
Your eyes are vast,
Now time is cast.
To take one last glance,
And see the beauty which lies on your face.
I’ll dream of you,
While my life begins to bloom.
Where is the vein I can cut into?
My crimson blood to spill upon the floor.
And the one who I adore,
Says to me again, “No more.”
You said to me again no more,
Your everything I asked for,
For you have me enthralled,
And I can see,
You’re the beauty of it all…
Just a thought that became something more. I can't really say where it came from. It was one of those late nights and I had the impulse to write. I did have someone particular in mind when I wrote this and hes helped me through so much, and for that I thank him. I won't say names, but hopefuly he'll know.

Jodi and Nick’s chance for romance was never realized while they were in high school. Now, five years later, they meet again. Will a class reunion be their first—and last—chance at love?
Reunion of Souls is a sweet, contemporary romance abo
