A Prayer for You
I softly called your name in prayer
And asked our God above
To intervene in your affairs,
And manifest His love.
I asked Him to reach down and touch
Your body with His hand
Of healing; He can do so much
As on your faith you stand.
Although it's hard to sometimes feel
Your faith will see you through,
You must not ever doubt it's real;
Just let it come in view!
So be assured that He is near
And knows just what you need,
He hears each prayer and sees each tear,
He's your best friend, indeed!
We love you and wish you the best
That God will send you way,
Renewed assurance through this test
You'll see a brighter day!
