Stomach in knots

Heart beating anxiously

Unable to love

Filled with hate

Saddness and self

esteem low and we

can't seem to focus on

tasks at hand

Why? Someone has

hurt us at some point

Deep hurt and anger consumes

Quality of life deteriates

Spiraling in a tornado

of despair and hate

Faster and faster

life passes us by as we

nuture our feeling and thoughts

This person and situation

takes over our lives
