May this become so routine that it never feels like just a regular thing. Fresh and constant, old and new again each night and every morning. Love never fails. Thanks for this reminder. I had a dream that I was talking with one of my students and my department head about the definition of love. Contrasting genuine love with the ephemeral greeting card variety. I was going on about how true love is so sincere that it remains committed, steadfast and loyal regardless of what a person does to you. Then it hit me that I had fallen short recently due to tepid shows of support and commitment from my brother-in-law and his wife. I had all but written them off just because I perceived an indifference and disregard on their part. Now I feel the conviction of my words in the dream. Do you believe that Jesus talks to us in our dreams. I hope he can give me the strength to tell my brother-in-law how I was feeling, why I felt that way and to ask him for forgiveness for my human response. I also hope God will intervene divinely to give me a fresh sense of love for my brother-in-law and his wife. Do you believe that sometimes you have to let God's love fill you so you can show love to others? What are your thoughts on this, Cindy?
