Love Pains

I can’t describe the pain The loneliness The emotional drain I can’t describe the darkness The bleakness My emotional weakness I can’t describe the hunger The pain within my chest I can’t breathe without her I can’t describe the emptiness The nothingness within The void, the barrenness Indescribable is the barreness Indescribable is the pain Indescribable is the void That haunts my breast again. One look from her dries up the rain One touch my souls’ aflame I long to see her once again The birthplace of my pain.

How true are these words? The pain of love lost.... worth the effort? I hope so.

Hello F R Macy,

This is such a profound expression of love's unquenchable longing.
"One look from her dries up the rain, one touch my soul's aflame..."
that is the only cure and you say it so well in this poem.

These are words of a broken heart. No one will ever explain the hearts pain when the love is gone. It is a physical pain that no medication can relieve
