Enjoyed your article. I recently read 'secrets of a millionaire mind', these thoughts were touched upon you express here.
It seems like feelings are like a themostat showing you what is really going on in your mind, even as you are trying to change it. I am changing my mind, but it seems way to slow. I must row,row,row and enjoy the journey
