I think it better to ere on the side of charity than judgement. If he's cold give him a coat, if he's hungry buy him a meal, if you know a place that will take him in and rehabilitate him, take him there. That way you don't contribute to his addiction. Thought provoking poem.

It's so hard to know the "Lazy Bastards" from the "Truly Needy" anymore. In my area we have many of the "LB" type dressing up in military uniforms with their hand out. They should be jailed, but I'd really hate to pass by a truly needy x-military person without helping out. The "LB" play on that sentiment....

Seems to me that "Christians" were needed somewhere along the tragic road to redirect the path of this poor soul, but then again- he could be Christ in disguise.
As for "lol," in such cases- I decide I'll give the man a certain percentage of my lottery win...just as soon as...
