Recurrent Daze sounds like a state no one would like to be, but I have a flu and feel a bit like you in this poem. I Am What I Hear is a sound about nothing. And Small Craft Warning is a nice allegory for thoughts that are adrift.

We are like specs of dust in the universe. We are so small, and yet we feel so big.
None of us walks the same path as another, the experience and lessons gathered are not the same. Our beliefs aren't either, but we love to share them.
Forever is a word, and so is never. There is no past, no present, and no future. These are just given names. We live for the moment when we wake up and God grant us another day. When it's time for us to leave this world, we will travel to another place which we think will be of eternity, but the only thing eternal is our soul, which will continue its journey.
