Wake up for sure. I had a publisher who claimed that he had edited my books and I believed him. For reasons I won't go into here, I was unable to check his editing. As a result of this business practice, his well-funded publishing house went under in 2003 and I went back to a POD publisher that had closed my account in 2000 for lack of sales (I'm a very poor promoter of my work).
That publisher, booklocker.com, does not publish poetry books or books that have no chance of selling because of multiple reasons. However, Angela Hoy is a straight shooting, straight writing, defender of POD publishing in her weekly newsletter, writersweekly.com.
The fact is, no online publisher does any editing in spite of what they claim, except through third parties like you had. They also do not do promotion. I expect the reason that Double Dragon dropped you was because you complained. I would suggest that you republish Wytchfire through booklocker.com.
