I relaxed on consecutive mornings and enjoyed this story of a love-lost woman and her struggles with her marriage and the subsequent extremes she takes to find romance once again.
There is more than just romance in this well-written novel, with a mystery wrapped in the pages too. You'll enjoy it.

Emily Kendricks' breakout romance-thriller is much more than I expected. This well-written, provocative story provides a steamy and sexy romance and then plunges the reader into a crime drama that brings the whole story back to a psychological and emotional point-break that nearly ends a young woman's life.
Kendricks' writing is straightforward and from the hip, and while she certainly brings the romantic and fantasy side to light for her likely female readers, she also gives all readers a chance to learn anew genre's by bringing a murder to light!
