Some very straightforward, very good advice to beginning investors. However, your target audience, multitasking, texting and flirting does not seem to have the patience to read all that you have written. Even I, with time today did not read it all… Shopping when you started describing the three types of investment.
I am an old goat, but still learning from some very bad mistakes. The key to me, is to make sure that whatever income you have, you invest part of it. You might use a savings account for interim investment, but you are right about not relying on a savings. Two points:
If one invests in a 7% interest investment and leaves the interest there to grow, the invested fund will double every seven years. Bonds have interest rates as high as 10%.
My brother suggests that parents and grandparents give shares of dividend stock to their kids and grandkids for birthdays and other celebrations. Later they will suddenly discover that they have a great investment going and learn about.

A very good article reviewing the kinds of anxiety. And also, revealing ways that anxiety can be relieved.
As a child, I feared nothing except when it came to speaking in front of others, when I froze. Thankfully, I took speech class in college and learned how to overcome it by simply having notes to get me past the first line and help me along the way if I got sidetracked.
Unfortunately, my sister developed Agoura phobia in her teens and it wasn't until 30 years later when she received a drug, that she was able to leave the house and began to lead a normal life.
Whenever I find someone with anxiety, I try to help them overcome it by trying to be understanding and bringing them along with my guidance. Like I did my twin brother for the first 20 years of my life.

You gave sound advice in your conclusion. I hope people who are on a special kind of dieting plan will read this.
I don't stick to any kind of dieting plan. My own way of dieting is to eat smaller portions of everything each time I eat, and it makes the food easier to digest in my system. We need balanced nutrition for our bodies. All kinds of known dieting plans will have some kind of side effects when the nutrition in our bodies are not balanced.
