Stories of the Mother Bear (Book) - 2/14/2019 8:59:32 AM
I just wrote a poem of my great-grandfather's homesteading in Wisconsin. As I read this book's description you reminded me of my loved travels west in my youth to places like Cody and the grand Tetons, Yellowstone and beyond. And my grandmother's telling me of moving from Arkansas to South Dakota by ox drawn wagon while I drove her at 100 mph in the air-conditioned comfort of my 1966 Olds Toronado. What a contrast in travel in one lifetime!
From what I read of your book here, Stories of the Mother Bear, I like the way you write so true to history and to the great geography of this country and its original inhabitants.
