I'm a science fiction writer writing on the science side avoiding all of the paranormal fringe areas beginning with astrology and religion. I find that many who proclaim to be psychic are actually pathological manipulators. I am an identical twin, and although my brother and I, when we were together, would often get the same idea, largely because we were experiencing the same things at the same time, would form our ideas the same way. But now, with him a thousand miles away, I do not feel his pain from his hip requiring replacement, or his recent bout with his heartbeat speeding and having to have it slowed down surgically. He has had to email me those revelations.
However, writing from the other side of science, someone with premonitions about future events can certainly shape the future for the better. And that's what your story is about from the little that I've read. It's like all the currently impossible time travel stories, shaping the future. I have been a lifelong futurist, but many of my personal use of my understanding of the future, like not installing natural gas in a home I built in 1980, turned out totally wrong. Fracking came along, making the United States flush with natural gas and prices plummeted rather increasing with deregulation.
I'm too busy and have promised other authors, so I won't be reading your book. But, based on the TV I'm watching, there's a huge demand for this kind of stuff and you have great reviews on your side. It looks like you may have a book that sells when many do not. Continued good luck with your follow-up books.
