I, too, enjoyed the constant shifting of thought from one point to another. A technique that I would find very difficult to do. Not much meaning conveyed, but pleasant reading nonetheless.

I really do hate trying to read words when the type is shaded way too softly . . . No sense in it.

If you are trying to add a poem as an image the title must not contain any spaces or any periods other than the one before the .jpg. For example, (my poem.jpg should be my-poem.jpg) or (my.poem.jpg should be mypoem.jpg)

I used that method in the past and lost readers. However, your poem is presented very well at the link.
I find silence wonderful for sleeping, dreaming or daydreaming, and thinking. We don't get enough silence in our lives. However, I find going to seminars to "learn how" to meditate and use silence is mostly a waste of money like following weight loss fads.
