I agree with you, and I truly am glad that you have written this article. It breaks my heart to see the flag of any country being burned. So many people do not realize that a flag is a symbol of their country, freedoms, and opportunities which their country represents! I applaud you on this article. My parents are from Italy, and they feel the same way that you do about their Italian flag, and about the American flag. It is an act of vandalism, and in my opinion, is a serious crime.
