This author is on to something!
Wow, I loved this book. In a world that is chaotic and crazy, this book gives real tools on how to bring inner calm and direction to our own lives. I love that it is written in a way that anyone can understand what's being said, and yet there is depth to it. Each time I read it (3 times so far) I get more out of it, and I can't believe I missed this part or that part the last time I read it. It's nice to have the exercises in the back of the book too. I would highly recommend this book to EVERYONE. It is great food for thought, and it's wonderful to have some real tools for actually bringing in more joy and meaning in our own lives in this interesting chaotic world we live in.
