Johnny O'Halloran is a two-bit street hood who contracts his services to the local Chinese tong. As the token white guy in the largest East Asian gang in New York, he barely makes ends meet and only just holds on to his dingy walkup apartment in Astoria, Queens. But when the wife of tong leader Shang "Big Jimmy" Lim comes to him with a different kind of job, it turns out to be the kind of caper that could get him out of Queens forever.

But even with visions of a fantastic payday ruling his nights, O'Halloran's smart enough to realize it'll be his neck on the block if things don't go exactly right… and with Big Jimmy and his family, things are never what they seem.
