     This is a self-evaluation of my life. Truly based upon my experience in a psych ward.

Introduction

I wrote this novel to aid a person with similar characteristics to put peace in their hectic lifestyle. I welcome you to heed and grasp uncontained knowledge to better thy self. I preferably construct fictional stories to open the mind and escape reality but, you can’t constantly run from life. “The mind is a deadly weapon”, I was once told and I encourage everyone to face their daily problems head on. Since seven is the complete and lucky number, I’ve devised seven mighty chapters to use seven days a week. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing this intellectual book. Share the delicious food for thought with other hungry consumers. Personally, I don’t mind if you bought the book. I’m not doing this for money, just to save lives. I don’t care if this is a national or an international best seller; I’m just honored to share the experience of my favorite book. There’s no price on happiness, I just encourage you to read this.

Chapter 1;

The reason information is hidden from a black man in books is because black men waste their time in life jealous of one another. So, as oppose to helping each other, they tend to hide the pages of their souls with an irrelevant cover story. For instance, count the number of times a man (preferably black) will say something to boost his ego, even when he acknowledges another males achievements. In this dog eat dog world, males shy away from allowing themselves to be exposed within conversations. Women naturally exploit one another's flaws to help improve their impeccability. Whereas men are already deemed perfect from initial stand points. Women work their way up on reputation totem poles for respect, while men beat one another down from the beginning. The Willie Lynch Syndrome is to separate the parents of the household. Primarily the male, because they’re the protectors in most households. Men are trained from birth to hide their feelings, taught to be tough. Women from birth are taught to express themselves by being "daddy's little princess". I would feel honored to reverse the Willie Lynch Syndrome, to an Innergie Resurrection Disease. The maintance of your mind, body, and soul as one is very important to keep in tact. Meditation is a marvelous tool or procedure that endures this trinity. One's initial reason may be for control or power, which isn’t a bad thing. The more determined and dedicated one proves to be in one's astroplane, the closer one will feel in tuned with the sense of “onest”.

Chapter 2;

I’ve just become comfortable with myself being open so, I can agree the best teacher is to experience it first hand. So here is my personal experience: My mother has not been in my life much so, I lacked the self-expression trait for majority of my life. Twenty-one years was my fatal age. The problem was that I found love. She affected me deeply. How could I love someone, if I can't love myself?  I found that out in the hardest way. My hidden self nearly destroyed our relationship. I needed help and fast. I became destructive to my own well-being. The people you see in a straight jackets inside the mental institute was me. I found my self in the back of a police truck on my way to a psychiatric hospital. My dilemma was how anyone could stay sane in an insane society. The answer became clear and the nurse shared her mutual feeling. Balance is the key. Personally, I lack the outlet to express my self by being raised by my father and not my mother. I have a relationship with my mom and love her dearly. But, never could honestly bond with her. Instead, I had a substitute: my grandmother. The bond took a little longer to mature but, is still effective. Actually, I kind of feel it was more effective but, I determined that from our relationship. My very good friend -- who will remain anonymous due to confidntiality purposes -- shared some insightful knowledge with me. She began by sharing, "We're all connected in some sort of fashion! You begin by figuring out the problems at hand." She continues while finishing her Tae Bo session, "After giving the problem your undivided attention you'll need to identify every possible solution; name the pros and cons for each solution; decide which solution is best; and then act on it." God will send you signs and it’s up to you to read them. Patience is the key if you are seeking signs. You're never to young to learn. Don't isolate yourself, for this can bring depression as you bask in the knowledge. Sharing the knowledge can bring greater understanding not to say the knowledge wasn’t fully understood but, it can possibly be misconstruded. Don’t ever think problems can't get worst because this can lead to an abyss of uncertainty. Stop here if you can care less on my personal opinion. Let me bestow some insight on my now known abyss. My discovery after trials in the psyche ward has lead me to the beginning of my life. Needing closure, I reminise on my first childhood memory of my father and mother in the midst of a heated argument shouted "Stop Fighting!", unaware of the cause, I just knew it affected me. I remember calling 911. After which, telling the police Daddy hit Mommy, which is definitely the wrong thing to say when you're African American in Baltimore County. I didn't mean to. For pete sake I was only three years old! I just wanted everyone to get along. That the start of my confusion. At four years old, my mother kicked my father out of his own apartment building along with me after they had my little sister (shout outs to Mahogany, no disrespect to my other siblings: Jamira, Chakera, Mystique, Sharrod, and Yazmin came later in the picture). I'm not here to play the blame game (Sure seems that way Karlose). I could blame my mom for my twenty-one year old meltdown. And she could blame her father for not being in the picture. Trickle ? affected me by her not knowing how to accept responsibilities or face the fact of her wrong doing. In every situation in my moms life, she could never bite the bullet. You know the saying “Daddy’s little girl or princess”? Well, she had no daddy so she became every daddy's princess by stripping ever since the three year-old incident. So imagine majority men you come across in your own city possibly knowing your mother. So, maybe I am deemed crazy. 'Cause, to my understanding, the economy is attempting to stay sane in an insane society. Sad thing is, I’m only a product of my environment.

               Chapter 3:

Help is essential. If we share the solution then problems are least likely to occur. Even world leaders need assistance. Greedy as it may sound, I could’ve bathed in my own understanding. Instead, I’d rather invest my time into helping others pursue happiness. As green as I once was [Green: 1: A secondary color. 2: The absence of recollection on a specific topic.], I personally don’t think others should go through the same suffering as me. Knowledge is diamond.  Some see it as power in the right possession; others judge how clear and bright you keep it; while few see pass the clarity. I just want to know: Would you share the value? The hero is only as prudent as the sidekick. So, if you see a brother/sister struggling with his P’s and Q’s, take a minute to enlighten him/her. I don’t mean to offend other ethnicities but, the saying stands firm: “I’m a product of my environment.”  Meaning: I’m a reflection of my nation. P and Q stands for product and quota. Acknowledge you can’t give help if you don’t fight your own demons at least. With that being read, I have a new objective. In my last chapter, I wrote about needing closure. Some may not approve of my actions but, I'll briefly explain why. I don’t know how to include it so, I'm just going spit it out. I've thrown two eggs at my mom's front door. Why, you ask? Well it’s the path I chose for closure because my mom is a liberal hippie. The eggs represented her brain on drugs. The door represented her world. The force represented the pain I suffered through all my life. The second egg was for Mahogani. The witnesses was for all the men encountered. I won't be surprised if she gets someone else to clean it. How does this revert back to helping? (Simple) Don’t mind if I help myself to a little expression.

       Chapter 4:

Balance is the elixir to a healthy life, full of its very own dualities. Even though a negative matter is on your positive mind, you must keep your positive mind over the negative matters in order to maintain in the general population of this world.

Chapter 5:

Studying is an essential tool in life. Reverting back to Chapter 3, when I made reference that knowledge is like diamond. Studying forges the clarity to the jewel. My personal studies have lead me to a theory created by yours truly on the speed of thought. My synopsis on the speed of thought is that it travels as rapid as an effect is triggered by its cause. Reaction to the thought is based upon the cause itself but, this topic is a whole other book. Don’t back track unless your still consistantly progressing. Chapter 2 does still have a positive result. You see, even through all the negativity that chapter has, my mom was clearly on my mind. You can be born with multiple cousins, several aunts, a lot of sisters, but only one mother. This is why I love my mom plus, God says not to hold a grudge. Take nothing personally. If you made it this far, obviously you love to study, from defining details to broadening a closed mind. Studying isn’t an obligation, it’s more of a dedication. Your mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Chapter 6:

Power varies from person to person, depending on the position he/she is in. Though, impact lies within the person themself. The condentation of that power could either be positive or negative and could be displayed for either loss or benefit. The choice is theirs, hopefully they make a wise one. Benefitting from a power source can take a long time. Especially, if your drive is directed towards happiness, placing your mind in a state of heaven. Don’t attempt to dwell in the past too long, the effect has a high potential to hinder you for future refrences. [Benefits = A gain that is released in a timely matter that can evidently progress one's statues.] In this book, your mind, body, and soul was giving numorous keys to your next door/obsticle. Once the door is unlocked, so is your benefits. How you treat your benefits is totally up to you. Some see power as opportunity for control like sex. For example, count how many women in one day actually wear a belt. Would belts even exist if it was up to women? Of course it would be. Dualities are what life consist of. There are women who have self respect, maybe not so common in our new generations but, there’s an on-going cycle of law abiding citizens and rebels. Seek new results, the biggest failure in life is the one who quits or gives up before they accomplish that goal. Stay focus. The end result of a situation is how you should judge who you truly are.

Chapter 7;

The first six chapters was the application. Steming back to the first chapter, I compared the book to a human body. So, the very core of one's book is the most excruciating part of oneself. Defining and wrapping up your application is to finally apply, which so happens to be the topic for my last chapter. “Down to the nitty gritty” is what my grandmother tells me time after time. To apply all of my topics is to act on a decision. "Write, study, apply" is my favorite saying. The first step to any problem starts within yourself. The more your active, the better your spirit will feel. Fact is, everyone sees your drive in life but, not everyone has driven. Some people hop into the passenger or shotgun seat. Drugs can cloud your thoughts when brainstorming. The more clouds there are, the less likely it is to predict where the enlightenment will strike. So yes, I agree with the commercials to stay above the influence, especially, if the influence is self like in my case. Avoid the negative energy that may surround your divine circle, including family. No, more importantly family, because of the saying “The ones closes to you can hurt you the worst”. Some people don’t know how true that is, I know I didn’t acknowledge this fact until I attempted to break bad habits. My result was to break a few relationship bridges or at the least pay a toll on a few of them to better myself. Certain things are not meant to be re-itterated. You don’t know the hidden agenda of everyone around. You keep personal information to yourself unless you don’t mind it being passed around or thrown back at you. See, I don’t mind Chapter 2, I kept that information hidden so long it effected my mental, spiritual, and physical health. From my personal observation, you shouldn’t let your application fall for its temptations such as sex. My hypothosis is that it can wear your body down, from inward-out. My last two sentences are my elixer to processing the application. That’s the core to my book, and I hope you’ve enjoyed.
