First Nation Native American child life story revealed....
When a bundle/baby is born from the womb the of safety, peace and tranquility of ones mother, the world stops for an instant and an Angel is given their reclamation of Faith; one second later a baby cries out into this world. Thus begins the Calling out into this world because that is what this baby did on March *29/1974 (*used to be the 27th for 12 years). From what my Aunties told me, "you were a quite baby", "you loved your basket", "your mom use to put in a swing and you'd fall asleep so fast", "you rarely cried", "your mom would pick you up and you would always smile for her". These words I can't describe how important they are to me because these beautiful woman not only saw me but also raised me up as one of their own; later in life I would cry for this one reason for not being able to undo what was done….this shook me to the very core of my existence.
I remember being in that swing, being wrapped in a bundle by loving hands and the swaying motion set me off in rhythm with Mother Earth. Indian woman loved to be called by their names, First Nation women too and so do Indigenous woman because their all the same; mothers of bundles. 'Bundle' is a sacred word, the encompassment of medicine that helps the community and so 'joy' is 'smudged' throughout the people. Each 'bundle of joy' is 'prayed' over by each woman and man. This is an 'unspoken' gift from the people to each 'child', no bundle born whether known or unknown to the parents has not ever been prayed for on Turtle Island. This is something that has been and always will be passed on from one generation to the next, even it's never spoken of. This is the 'medicine of prayers' and in a very special bonding time for a bundle of joy rekindles the Fire of Faith to the People.
Bundles call out to their world every day looking to the People to share their medicine of innocence and joy of healing, because who really can't smile at such wonderful creations. And that is why babies cry, their healing loved ones and strangers alike. Calling out is a gathering of Love for these bundles of joy, their networking already and testing out the community already seeing who amongst them is worthy of being helpers/child raising extended family members. For every woman amongst my family across Turtle Island who has ever answered my Calling, then I am forever humbled and in great gratitude of your Love. For every man amongst my family across Turtle Island who has ever answered my Calling then I am forever honored and in great gratitude of your Love. Some may say "well I changed your diapers once", then "thank you I am forever in your gracious patience and pewwwww"….Megwaytch, Pilamayo, Dina ge', Pidamayo…..(Anishnabe,Lakota,Cree,Dakota)
