It was too late when I reached the New Hostel bus stop. I hurried towards the long shadowed trees which were on the both sides of the road leading to the hostel. It was already night and light was a rare item to be thought of. There was no traffic at that road and it seemed that this place does not belong to the earth of human beings. A few step farther I saw moving shades and I felt that some hidden armies of the universe is taking their positions. It was not far away to reach the hostel at day time but at that time as I stepped forward I felt that the earth is moving under my feet. It was useless to struggle against the gravity of earth. I felt another shock when I glanced at the faraway tree a whistle I heard, a white beard man was waving hands and in white dress as some one to be of white stone. At that moment; so fast and unexpected complexion was no more than to add to my fears. I scolded myself of being discouraged and put off my eyes for a while and found that no one was standing there. But as I stepped forward someone touched me very softly and my body got a very tight shiver perhaps I was near to scream that a little courage saved me and I decided to fight against the unseen enemy. As soon as I turned back and make a punch at my front I felt the leaves of the tree hanging from a branch bended toward the road. I scolded it and damned it and got ready to go ahead.
At that night I did not even noticed to be in a human planet. The dark shades reminded me the black bears attacking at night even from above the trees. As I walked along, there I noticed, at once the disturbance from above somewhere in the branches of the big old tree, as I passed by. My head raised and my brain disobeyed. A cry was about to go through my lungs and was in a final production effects that I recovered and scolded myself of being so coward. Perhaps that was a huge elder of bat family or grand father of an owl to disturb the silence of the ghost planet. But I was warned by my fears and reminded again and again of black bears, ghosts and demons with claws and long black hair. I was to run and escape but my feet wore the shoes made of lead. Soon I felt that some thing strives to catch my legs.
My heart was in full swing and I was to omit my blood which was not present in my veins. Little by little, I struggled walking as fast as I could but then was anxious about the dangers ahead. As I was passing the darkened part of the trees something happened to me, I was on the edge of life and hands spread on the earth. I, thought that some dangerous demon had put me down and was about to kill me. I tried to escape and got the message from my active brain “Run”. I got the momentum that I never used to cross. Soon I was at the gate of the hostel someone of the demon family shouted but I did not notice that and was in hurry to meet my fellows at their room. I felt that I came crawling over there. The night watchman was in search of some one and got in my friends room. They got me warmly but I was in no senses to reply correctly. They got it as joking and laughed freely. I also showed that every thing is OK and nothing is wrong with me.
After sometime they suggested going to bazaar. They got a torch and I noticed that there is nothing strange on the same road. Perhaps it belonged to the human planet.
