The meaning behind the poem - What U Say

In my human family, i've seen and heard of death due to cancer.  So I ask the victims of this disease - as I ask the God, that lives in them.  What do they say to this stage in there lives.

One of my closest friends has stage four cancer in the liver.  Medical people make there statement, based upon pass cases and medical treatment.  But what you say.

You are in control with the Spirit of God that lives in you - what you say.

Help is but a pray away - what you say.  We shall never give in nor surrender.  There is nothing un-seen or un-heard of that we as human have never experienced before.  What you say?
