This is a quote from A Brownstone in Brooklyn about how life shifts on a dime:
"The most special times in a person's life are not meant to last forever. They're like bubbles rising from a plastic ring dipped into a soapy solution. The soap bubbles rise, with the sun flashing brilliant colors, then bursts into a showery memory mist.”
Excellent quote with Dennis's correction. But I would've liked to see the story from "A Brownstone." For example, a part of the chapter or a whole chapter that tells a story that the reader would read here, making he/she want to read more.
When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more.
