Years had passed and there I became a legend in my own time .But now even I became bored with being immortal and a vampire .

The thrill of it was gone so I even tried one more time to get that thrill back and even went back to where all it started the alleyway .

I waited for a victim and it came , an older man this time I tried . I told him I had the secret of long life and he believed me .

He came to me and I lean towards him ,' Here is my secret .' But before I could put the bite on his neck, slowly removing his teeth, look at me and laughed ,' I already know the secret , surprise .'

He turned and he put the bite on me . ' Not again,' is all I said ,' Why does this happen to me ? '

' You ought to realize by now,' he told me as I fell,' A vampire even after  hundred years is not even worth a five cents less these days .'

' A nickle ,' I laughed,' I always thought a vampire was only worth two cents no more .'
