I wipe the tear from my face not knowing why
it was there its been a month since she pass
my life was different without her,but I still
remember my daughter in my heart and soul .
One night as I usually do I walk the street in
fact where she was killed I place a flower where
she died ,my life empty inside .
The bus had run her over it happened the driver
placed in jail for man slaughter but that would
not bring my daughter back.
I watch other people as they walk by with their
own daughters by their sides I could not take it
any more my daughter I want back. The next time
I walk down the street I had a gun I wanted to be
with my daughter then too it was late no one but the street bums were out as I knelt I pulled my gun out of a pocket suddenly someone grabbed my arm and ask me why ? I told him it was a priest that grab my arm, I look up and cried dropping the gun, each day after that I went to church I had a lot of redeeming to do a lot to search but
with Gods help now I will get by I can still love
my daughter every night remember her at least I knew her when she was here and I thank God for that .
