Westward then  turned and saw them there,five in all,hot air balloons they were trying to escape Tinny's Island,a renowned prison isle where the insane and convicts go. Westward then job was to see they stayed there along with three hundred other guards and security technology to keep  them on the island .
 

It was then designed like an island like Alcatraz and built not with just walls that were high but an electric fence and beams to alarm anyone from leaving . In fact then  those five balloons were suppose to have been guards on them, some how the prisoners must had gotten through .
 

Now in a blimp then over the island Westward and ten other security guards then position themselves around the blimp,aiming their guns and weapons below on the high rising balloons that kept getting higher .Westward looked at the other guards and nodded to them.' On my orders only, shoot not one of those balloons leave this island .' 
 

The balloons were higher and higher now .
