Sweat thenran down his forehead as he grabbed the knife it was cold and sharp but effective as well, he didn't move he couldn't one wrong move this was a swift and careful operation, no hospital no one around too see what he was doing and no police especially . 

She laid there perfectly silent and motionless as he had given her the shot to make her sleep as well. Cold and dark it was now and errie,like out of a  horror movie and yet this was the only place he could do it .
 

Then the  sweat continued and he wanted too wipe it away and yet he could not move or even breathe as he much wanted too.Then the  knife touched her forehead he made a line just about her eyebrows and thoughts raced though his mind as he made each step carefully and with ease ,he should had been a doctor but wasn't ,yet here he was now.
 

So beautiful she was so wanted by men everywhere.

But that was not his place to judge or be judge,it was his place to operate . He had a job to do it and he got paid good money for it as well. Here they were in a cold dark room no one knew of .His heart then  race as he slowly moved the knife .He took a deep breath and cursed out loud ,' Damn why did I agree  too this ?' For a brief instant he stopped.

Then he looked where then he was cutting and thought what he had had to next and he did,the cutting was easier opening up then  her head was easy all these things he had done before .From his first illegal operation he done  fifteen years before to now he remembered those early years he did .He was a green horn in operating but was good the inexperience was what caused hospitals not to hire him as well   .

He looked at the brain and had to decide how to remove it without even damaging it or ruining it,why anyone wanted a human brain was beyond him and yet it was not his why to judge others ,after all he was not God though he acted like it most of the time .Cold was getting colder now .

But then he had to do this he was getting paid a small fortune ,he laughed .Successfully removing the brain out of the woman's head he placed it in a container and he turned around,wanting to leave but not yet he had to get rid of the knife he used and a thought came to his head . 

There then were several ways that came to him the idea he like best was getting in his car,the knife wrapped up nicely and throwing it in then the nearby lake that the city had,Lake Upper it was called too .He started to leave not even worrying or concern about the body .

It was still then  dark and cold and errie too which he seemed to enjoy .He had to hurry sunlight was here soon and he needed a hiding place too he had thought of staying here but too many people knew of this place and not the right people either.And yet  he had to had somewhere to be until the heat was off .

Now then  placing the wrapped knife in his pocket he started to leave not bothering turning then  off the lights or taking care of the body or any of the medical instruments he used then . He had two places he could try and hide the knife then . He had to then he would hide himself .

But as it turned out,that wasn't the case,as he left the building rain had started to fall. But what greeted him too outside a group of police officers guns aimed at him, one black man holding a then  bullhorn was yelling  through it to him .he turned he was surrounded ,someone had ratted him out .

He then only needed one guess as to who that was .He started to reach for the knife .' Stay then where you are,' screamed the black man,' Your outnumbered and outgunned too,no way out .' He then  raised his arms in the air as police officers ran up too him .He couldn't move as his hands were handcuffed .

He took a deep breath .
 

Part ll:Collision ,
 

                               After he was placed behind bars the police were happy that they caught the right man and that they were pleased with how they went down with it too, Back in the dark and cold room where the body of the woman still was,the door slowly open again and two men appeared there walking from a dark park car just a few feet away . One of those men was Clyde the man that wanted the operation done with him was his number one henchman Bo Yon and together they did cause trouble for the city and wasn't planning on stopping any time soon .
 

' Nice work,' then said Bo to Clyde as they examine the body and the brain in the container where he left it .Clyde nodded in agreement .It was nice work too . Clyde picked up the container with the brain in it then with Bo they left as the body of the woman began to decay and rot  as flies and other insects began covering the body of the woman .
