The targets as we learned were other subs
but whose? Russia was peaceful now,Irag 
was still fighting the world,North Korea was
mainly threats nothing more .

So where did the subs originate ?

Being Captain my job was to think of altern-
atives ,what will happen? What the possibit-
ies might be if any.

But now it was going to be a head on collision
between two great powers ..Who had the big-
ger weaons? Who would use them first ? And
why did they cross the boundary when told not
too. 

I needed my crew ready weapons ready,who
knew what would happen next ?

I was Captain I had to know.But now this was
happening and to me my crew came first as
far as safety was concerned .I too took a deep
breath then and turn to my weapons officer as
he saw my reactions on my face .

' Missiles ready sir,enemy has not responded,
on your order I will fire missiles into their subs.'

Closing my eyes hoping everything woud just
go away I was wrong .' Alright this is damn st-
range,deflectors up,screens on.Alright if they
don't want to comply,we open fire .'
