original my tribute to the
character Beth who passed
away this last episode of
the Walking Dead and the
beautiful actress that had
portrayed her as well.
Wall after wall came down then on her she was surrounded but could not move they watched from a distance but did not interfere ,he knew that interfering would not help anyone,this was the only way out ,a sacrifice of one for many,he knew that more then the rest, because that was it was his wife he was watching die before him, he held his breath to as did everyone else no doubt .From outside the walls that fell they came,a then had hundred at least or maybe more maybe less,ugly son of a bitches ,they all were,they surrounded her they acted as they were ready to pounce on her or jump on her at any moment now,she looked around possibly wondering where anyone was that was going too help her,In one final breath before they attacked her she realized why no one was coming to help her,she was being put out to slaughter the sacrificial lamb to the hungry wolves as it were. She wanted to scream but what would be the point? She saw her life was good as good as anyones ,With the way the world was how could it be less,normal people fighting against the undead,against zombies.She was there when the first one appeared ,it happened fast and furious and without warning too. But there was defense against them, they were already dead, then her own husband discovered a rare virus that was left in a scientist lab, if close enough this virus can be deadly to the zombies, that was what she was doing now,holding a bottle of the virus in one hand and praying to God it worked,the virus only worked on contact .She looked in the direction where the group was hiding in a small shed nearby . She looked that way as she opened the bottle,' I love you all, especially you my
dear love,Tommy. No regrets or worries.God is here with me now,'As the zombie group closed in around her the bottle exploded .' Goodbye my love,'said Tommy as he and the others witess the explosion, it worked,now they had a weapon .end.
