The cave was there like they said it was and we were ready for the dive as the wind picked up and rain began to fall, it was there .And yet we knew time was limited and we had to hurry to make our dive. Damon and two others were to make the jump. We would monitor them then on sonar and radar scanners the ship was built with.Damon was the most experience of scuba divers so he had the right too go. Yet something about this dive made you feel uneasy. Damon like the others checked their scuba gear and he looked at the map one more time which was probably the tenth time he looked at it . He smiled and nodded to the others as they were ready, we were just off the Florida coast in the Bahamians waters and where a legend was suppose to be located . In an underwater cave it was said that a pearl of great price was hidden long ago by a man who was almost king but instead ended up being a thief . And then he had the pearl which at the time would fit in the crown of the king that wore it and was priceless not wanted too be king anyway he ran away with the Pearl and was never seen again. Now then legend had it he ended up here found the cave by accident and decided to bury the pearl,though he never made it out alive nearby a giant squid was there waiting and attacked the man, it was said in story the man got away ,then in another story the squid ate him for dinner.
