Scott looked up and saw him falling there was nothing he could do this time ,He was free falling and no transporter no passed by shuttle would save him now, this was it,the end. Who come to his rescue now,the Enterprise had then too been dispatched here to answer a reply to a first contact signal,the inhabitants wanted to make contact with anyone off their world ,a inhabitant there was dying but they had no idea how to cure her.So they contacted the Federation Earth.Then the President order Enterprise and her crew too proceed. Then the landing party consisted of Scott,Spock,McCoy,Sulu and a couple security guards. Contact was made,they were a dwarf sized race but well advanced as far as technology went,their main social grouping was music and a gathering of dwarfs every year to discuss what's the best interest of their planet and the First Contact was at the top of their lists,but now the fact remain the girl was still sick she needed now medical aide.Scott was the engineer of the Enterprise why he was part of the team now was beyond him.But as discussions opened too they drew their attentions to the girl as McCoy was studying her and examining her .He could not understand what was going on either . She did have a virus of some sort , but what ? So the chief medical officer tried everything. Then Spock remembered something his mother made and they tried that, meanwhile Scott cstching the virus was placed with the girl in stasis fields and until a determination was made,but the chief engineer did not wait and he panic,as the virus took over his body it made Scott believe that the he was always being threatened or someone was going to kill him, he escaped and started running, local security ran after him, not then knowing where he was going he just ran. The planet was like Earth in it's early stage of life.

Now he was falling to his death to the watery rocks below.Of the worst time to forget your comuunicator ,this was it.he saw the rocks below .Meanwhile Spock alomg with the cure he gave the girl decided to risk his life`for everyone . Sulu and McCoy stayed with him in case of trouble and McCoy smiled,trouble
