Now Sam had to see where Devonshire was Frodo had called him a great survivor and detective the first anyone was a survivor especially after having been through what they did,detective Sam just looked for things and clues in all the right places you know that's not being a geat detective that's using your instincts and senses God gave you .Sam began to look for clues as to what happened to the old man,his footprints could be seen but then they disappear like he just vanish.Sam was beginning to feel uneasy,not for himself or Devonshire though he hope the old man was o.k.,but now he wish his family was alright,he locked the door to the house and put the key back under the mat,he turned and started home he would return later to find Devonshire but now his family,as he started down the path home he suddenly stopped.to be continued
