Usually the Fort was busy with activities but not today,men kept to themselves and no one talk not even among themselves then one day the train rumbled by the Exxess and it went from town to town to deliver food or mail,but on this night the night before Halloween another train pass the men went to see it as they stood on the top of the Fort looking down as the train roared by,but
it look like a different kind of train it was white and you could see through it.' Different kinda of train,'said Sargent Palmer shaking his head ,Night was soon coming,'look at that,'said Captain Aldeman the regular train was returning from its rounds and kept on going on the tracks the white train they were watching kept moving to,'Collision course,'said Lieutenant Kinney and
he was right both trains collided but what the men saw next no one believed happened the white
train passed through the returning train then vanish,the returning train continued on,the men went screaming and running,someone yelled ,'The Ghost Train.'Ten years before a train taking the same route had exploded en route no one survived
it was said that passengers on the train ghostly now could be seen roaming the area some heading to the next town others look lost or confused but
the legend of the Ghost Train lived on.end......
