WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK
My hubby got up, showered and dressed, ready to play golf. He walked outside looking at the ominous sky, and came back inside. "What's wrong?" He shook his head, "I'm thinking with those black clouds over head, we're going to get a nasty storm." He sat in his recliner and flipped through the channels, looking for local weather. He picked up his phone, called the golf course. "Don't know buddy." His golfing pal said. My hubby sat in his chair trying to decide what to do. Finally, he sat back and picked up the morning newspaper. I walked into the living room. "Not playing today?" He shook his head. "I don't think so. It's windy, and I think it's going to rain." As the morning unfolded, the black skies dissipated, the wind died down, and my husband sank a little lower into his chair. "I should have gone." I wonder how many times that has happened to me? I don't do something because I'm anticipating the worst? In my husbands case the day couldn't have been more beautiful. It didn't look like that earlier. What's holding you back?
