One day a seeker went in search for love and forgiveness.  As he was walking, he felt compelled to make a turn onto a path.

The path seemed harmless, so he walked down it.  The path led into a forest.  The forest seemed harmless, so he entered it.  After all, he was a seeker.

In the forest was a woodcutter. The seeker asked the woodcutter, "Can you point me to the way of love and forgiveness?" The woodcutter replied, "Yes, go around that curve and follow the sign "WHERE LOVE RESIDES".  It will lead you to the carpenter's house. You will need these to present to the carpenter before he gives you what you seek."

Upon his arrival at the carpenter's house, he notice that on the door was a crown of thorns, 1 large nail on the right, 1 large nail on the left, and 1 near the bottom.

He knocked on the door. The carpenter opened the door and asked, "What is it you seek?" Handing the carpenter the tree trunks, he answered, "Love and forgiveness."

The carpenter received the tree trunks from the seeker and placed the 1st trunk in place on the door.

After he placed the 2nd trunk in place, the seeker fell to his knees in tears.

The carpenter transformed into a glorious King. The King placed his hand on the seeker's shoulder and said, "Your sins are forgiven."

Dear Lord, forgive me of my sins. I repent of them. I believe you are the Son of God. Come into my heart and fill me with your love and life. I receive you as my Saviour and Lord. Thank you. Amen.
