The CIA Detained and Interrogated many suspects after the  September 911 terrorists attacks! The report concludes the CIA’s enhanced interrogation techniques failed to stop or avert terrorists attacks! Vicious Intelligence practices happened in black sites such as the Puerto Rican and the Texan in Minnesota and the maximum security prison in Faribault: sleep deprivation, walling, stripping, hooding, running the gauntlet, forced confessions, and facing a line  of informers and government snitches are the rule not the exception.
