Ron what a sad and yet very well written story! Hope it was never true! I had an episode like this happen to me and I will never forget it! I dated this guy for over a year and then he pulled a "Colleen" one night and just said "I don't love you and I never will." Of course, he had been eyeing someone else anyway, but I was devastated for quite some time!! Your story is very fast moving and reads well also! Great job!
