Deidre Brownwood writes to one of her newer email pals on her computer, a local woman living in Nashville, the same place where she lives. They do not know each other all that well, but they do attend the same church, Christ Community Assembly of God.

Thank you for your most delightful letter from yesterday; it was most satisfying to hear from you again! Sounds like you had a marvelous time in Greece; I am happy you got back safe and sound! Our prayers have been answered! GLORY!!
I am doing okay; am finishing up the last of the laundry (FINALLY!); I let it get away, and the clothes were threatening to eat us all alive! LOL I just put the last load into the dryer, and I will take care of them when the timer goes off; and then I can relax for a good portion of the day! The kids are in the livingroom, watching "Brother Bear" for what seems like the millionth time; they LOVE that movie! It's their new favorite!
That was cute about the part where your little Pomeranian peed on your leg when you got back from the airport; your dog sounds like a cutie; but I am afraid that I am more of a cat person. I have always preferred cats to dogs; I guess it's because when I was little, a neighbor's dog, a Cocker Spaniel, bit me on the ankle, and ever since, I have always had a fear of dogs, big AND little, friendly AND unfriendly. I also don't like horses because they are too big, and I don't like bugs of ANY kind, nor do I like spiders or snakes.
I am glad your friends Sari and Nikolas are going to Africa for their honeymoon; that sounds like such a grand adventure! I would love to travel myself, but just don't have the time or the resources; therefore, I am relegated to staying home with my hubby and the kiddos. About the only "traveling" WE do is to the doctor's office or to the kids' Little League games! LOL And, of course, to church and an occasional meal at the Golden Corral! LOL
Well, it is starting to look a little dark out there, so I'd best get off the computer before the storms come. I pray we don't get anything in the way of severe weather; storms are another thing I am fearful of...Take care, Louie, and write when you can! God bless! See you at church tomorrow!
