Louisiana is happy at the news her Georgia friend has shared. She is going to be adopting two little girls, both disabled.

What a beauty little Marisol is; she sure is a very lucky girl to be adopted by such a loving couple! She will indeed have a very good life with y'all in America, and so will Miracle! (She is a cutie, too!) I hope all goes according to God's plan for y'all; you are in my prayers!
I am so glad that you are adding to your family! I am so happy for you I could just CRY!
I am also excited: in just a few days, our company from California, Rachel Cohen and her aunt Louisa, will be arriving. They will stay with us; we told them that they are more than welcome to stay with us as long as they are in Nashville. They will be here for about two weeks; Rebekkah has a two-week-long break from school for the Easter holiday. Johnny just got another letter from her, and he is so excited it is all he can do to keep from flying out of his wheelchair! LOL
Ronee' is doing better: she fell down the stairs Friday, and she hurt her shoulder and head. I am just thankful it wasn't a lot worse than it was. Ronee' has a sling on her arm to keep her shoulder still, and she has a good-sized knot on the back of her head; but at least she is no longer seeing double or dizzy like she had been. She has to use her wheelchair until her shoulder heals, which makes her mad. She has really enjoyed the freedom from her crutches: the canes have liberated her, and her attitude has improved markedly.
I am glad the weather is behaivng itself there. We may have severe weather come Wednesday, but I have already asked God to protect us in case it DOES get nasty. You are so right: I AM ready for the severe weather to end; enough is enough!!
We aer going to go to the Cantata on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and we will also go out to eat at Fire Mountain after the Cantata on Easter. We will then come back home and enjoy the day with our out-of-state company! I am glad that I am off for the entire Easter holiday: I am off on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! Isn't that wonderful? All the more time to enjoy our company! :)
Yes, I have been dianosed with depression, but I am now taking medication, and I am trying to avoid the stress that has built up in my life. Of course, the idea of a Mexican vacation DOES help, and we (Bill and myself) are so excited we can hardly STAND it!! We are already boning up on our Spanish so we don't look like idiots when we go to Mexico when we try to talk to the Natives! LOL
Poor Steffi, Camey, and Tammi are as mad as wet hens: they all have to work on Easter Sunday. That means they will miss the Cantata. They were looking forward to it, and now they have to work, much to their annoyance! I know how that is: I have had to work many an Easter (not to mention, many Christmases, Thanksgivings, Hallowe'ens, Fourth of Julys, Labor Days, and Memorial Days), and holidays are always a pain. I know that people get sick on holidays and all, but still--it sure makes for added stress, espcially if the person's life is in mortal danger!
Well, Donna, I must go now: supper is cookin' on the stove, and if I am not careful, I just may have Cajun-blackened crawfish etoufee'. YUM! LOL I will write soon; again, congrats on the approval of the adoptions of Miracle and Marisol! They are both absolutely GORGOUS!
